Hello,
It has been a long time since my last post. Not a good week. I exercised once. Work has more pressure. My eating has not been so great. I was supposed to walk up to 7 miles today but instead watched 3 back to back episodes of project runway! I have to turn it around - especially since I have October 26th coming up so soon.

i know how you feel. i ended up w a uti that wreaked havoc on my body. i have not done any kind of walking/exercise in almost two weeks. i could barely keep my eyes open most days.
hopefully i can kick it into high gear this week. i know you can do it, too! :)
