Progress for the day

Progress Update:
Activity: Walking - 3 miles
Time: 62 minutes - Yikes!

I have been doing well with the exercise and workouts, but my eating is so so. I say that I make healthy choices about 75 -80% of the time. I have also been consistent with the supplements.

Thanks! I appreciate the support! I signed up for walking a 1/2 marathon in Niagara Falls. My motivation to keep exercising comes from a strong desire to want to cross the finish line walking (not crawling!). It seems silly, but it is working!
