Sunday

Today I walked 8 miles. It took me 2 1/2 hours. It was a tough walk - I had to push my self mentally to follow through. I am happy with the time considering my recent hiatus! Saturday I did 2 miles. I am back on track.

Congrats on the weight loss this week! An 8 mile walk is hard, but amazing! Keep it up and your goal of the half marathon is DEFINATELY in reach.

Great job 8 miles is great! It is hard to keep you mind into it. You can do it.
